Key findings, in one paragraph

Across the whole SBLN area, the median Floow segment carries 16 cars/hour classified as "through". 70% of segments have ≤30 such cars/hour. The Council's Autumn 2025 tube counts show 91% of surveyed streets already have 85th-%ile speeds under 25 mph. The lowest-volume streets carry just 112 vehicles per day. Floow's hourly figures sum to only 53% of what the tubes physically counted on the same streets.
